Ladies Auxiliary

Pompton Lakes Volunteer Fire Department

Founded: October 1949

Purpose:

Support the needs of he Pompton Lakes Fire Department during the event of a fire or emergency situation. To provide refreshments,food, cold towels etc. at the scene of a fire and/or firehouse and assist during special events held by the Fire Department. (i.e. open house or fire prevention night)

Membership consists of:

Any wife, mother, daughter, or sister of a Pompton Lakes Volunteer Fireman desirous of joining the Auxiliary and over the age of 18, shall be eligible.

The Auxiliary is thankful for the support of the local buisnesses that have donated food, supplies and discounts for fire scene calls and fundraisers.
